Dispatches from a long and winding road

“We have become one with the land…”

“This place is very dry and empty…”

As I am about to turn over into day 12’s page, I would just like to say some things that I am grateful for. I am grateful to have been born Shadrack Khorombi. I am grateful for what life has given me. I am grateful for my family and friends. Seeing the kinds of lives some people have received has made me humble. Today I am grateful for what life has thrown my way from the day I was born.”

“I really don’t want the walk to end. There is much more I still need to learn.”
